Rasa Love is a native North Carolinian, founder of Rasa Love & Co., and a lead real estate coach with over 27 years of experience in coastal North Carolina real estate. Specializing in the Cape Fear region—including Southport, Leland, Wilmington, and Waterford of the Carolinas—Rasa brings deep local knowledge and a genuine passion for the coastal lifestyle.

With an expert understanding of what draws buyers to the white sandy beaches, waterfront communities, and laid-back atmosphere of coastal NC, Rasa helps clients successfully navigate buying, selling, and investing in one of North Carolina’s most desirable markets.

A natural leader, Rasa works alongside a carefully curated team of professionals—including stagers, lenders, and home service experts—to deliver a seamless and elevated client experience. Her background in luxury real estate, combined with her Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation through the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, positions her as a trusted advisor for both primary residences and high-end coastal properties.

Rasa’s business is built on strong relationships, referrals, and attention to detail. Known for her creative problem-solving and enthusiastic approach, she helps clients confidently navigate complex negotiations and maximize their real estate opportunities.

In addition to her real estate work, Rasa serves as a lead coach, helping other professionals grow their businesses through strategy, systems, and relationship-driven success.

She is a graduate of the Cape Fear Realtors® Leadership Academy (2018) and currently serves on the Leadership Executive Committee as well as the MLS Committee, where she actively contributes to shaping the future of the real estate industry in the region.

Rasa splits her time between two homes—Waterford in Leland and the Cargo District in Wilmington—and fully embraces the Cape Fear lifestyle. When she’s not working with clients or coaching, you can find her spending time with family, enjoying her dog and cats, traveling, directing and acting in local theatre productions, or kayaking and paddleboarding through the coastal marshes.
