Welcome to the Cape Fear Coast! Rasa Love is a native North Carolinian who loves her state and wouldn’t live anywhere else! With over 30 years of real estate experience, she has served her clients with a vast understanding of what draws people to the white beaches and laid back attitude of coastal NC. 

She also has her Seniors Residential Specialist® designation from the National Association of Realtors® to help with estate planning, down sizing and right sizing for the growing retiree communities here in the Wilmington area. She is a strong client advocate and detailed listing agent averaging over 40 transactions a year, with a background in luxury sales and commercial.

Her success comes from a strong referral-based business and attention to detail. Her ability to think creatively with huge enthusiasm helps her clients navigate the intricacies of complex negotiations. 

Rasa is a 2018 graduate of the CFR Leadership Academy and now serves on the Leadership Executive Board with Cape Fear Realtors and is active with the MLS Committee as well, hoping to shape the future of Realtors® she works with. 

Rasa currently lives between two homes, (she can’t decide which she loves more! - Waterford in Leland and Cargo District in Wilmington) and enjoys spending time with her family and her beloved dog and cats. She loves to travel and participating and directing shows with the local theatre scene through directing and acting. On the occasional day off, you can find her in a kayak or on a paddleboard cruising along the coastal marshes.
